A law firm aligned with your values
Business law for entrepreneurs taking action against climate change and biodiversity loss
The purpose of beeyana avocat: I founded beeyana avocat to put my expertise and passion at the service of entrepreneurs who are working every day to make sure our children can live on a habitable planet by 2050.
Beeyana is a helping hand for those entrepreneurs — you are not alone! I can handle your legal matters so you can focus on your business and scale your impact!

My DNA
A pragmatic outlook
With 20 years of experience advising businesses — including two years as general counsel at Ganymed Robotics — I understand your commercial and strategic needs. My goal is to find practical, legally sound solutions that move your business forward.
A holistic, project-based approach
I’ve built close ties with skilled, like-minded lawyers who can support your company across all key areas of law — tax, intellectual property, employment, and more.
I coordinate their expertise just as an outsourced general counsel would, ensuring seamless, long-term legal support.
A deep ecological commitment
Environmental and biodiversity issues aren’t simply professional topics — they are personal values that shape both my life and my work. I bring the same energy and purpose to my clients’ challenges.

Who am I?

After 15 years at top international law firms, two years running my own practice, and two years as general counsel of the start-up Ganymed Robotics, I founded beeyana avocat to support entrepreneurs committed to addressing climate change and biodiversity loss.
I am based in Mayenne, having chosen to leave Paris for more flexibility — and to offer my clients high-quality legal advice at fair rates thanks to efficient, low-overhead operations.
I assist a select group of high-growth companies, in France and abroad, with both strategic transactions and day-to-day legal matters — much like an outsourced general counsel — helping founders focus on what truly matters.
I work closely with trusted colleagues who bring complementary expertise in other fields of law, ensuring a seamless and comprehensive legal service.

In 2018, Décideurs Magazine recognized me among the Top 50 Business Lawyers – “Rising Stars.” The same publication later interviewed me when I launched my independent practice in 2021 (article available online).
I have also been ranked several consecutive years as a Notable Practitioner in M&A by IFLR1000, the global guide to leading business law firms.
I frequently publish legal articles in academic and professional journals — see my LinkedIn profile to learn more.
